Our Story & Mission

Veteran Service Group LLC was founded by a veteran couple who experienced firsthand how difficult it can be for aging parents to access the benefits they’ve rightfully earned. After witnessing countless struggles with the VA’s complex system—confusing paperwork, delayed responses, and unjust denials—they knew something had to change.

Determined to make a difference, they reached out to a former fellow service member working within the VA. That connection, paired with their unwavering commitment to serving others, led them to uncover the ins and outs of the system—not just for their own family, but to support other veterans and surviving spouses facing the same challenges.

Why We Exist

Veteran Service Group was created with one clear mission:
To help veterans and their surviving spouses receive the care and benefits they’ve earned—without the stress of navigating VA red tape.  We coordinate care and support services for veterans.  All VA benefits applications and claims preparation are handled exclusively by a VA-accredited attorney partner.
